Our Private Equity Division introduces private investors to opportunities to invest in companies with new and cutting edge innovative projects. These investments provide potential for attractive returns and give breadth to an investment portfolio, while the wider shareholder base gives added substance to SME’s. We work very close with SMEs seeking to raise finance for various projects, whether through business angels, venture capital or IPO and pre-IPO share issues.

We are frequently engaged as corporate advisers to businesses with the remit to establish the most appropriate way to raise finance for a specific project. Should the requirement be for an issue of equity we will assist the company to develop a structured, documented and fully diligenced market approach to the highest regulated standards.

We have worked closely with many smaller companies who have wished to float on junior markets such as Aim ISDX. Many of these companies are eligible for the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS).
